I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is perfect, right by the river and within walking distance to so many attractions. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, especially during check-in, but the room was a bit smaller than I expected. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for convenience and a friendly atmosphere.
Overall, my stay at the River Hotel was fantastic, with clean and comfortable rooms offering lovely views of the Chicago River. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable, and the included wine and cheese hour was a delightful touch. However, I did experience some wait times for the elevators, which could be frustrating during busy hours. All in all, great value for a memorable stay in the city!
